The last part of your necessary kickboxing equipment pack is your sparing gear.
The point of sparing is to get some real fighting experience without inflicting injuries.
The Sparing is usually controlled and safe but there are occasional mistakes that must be taken into consideration.
To minimize the risks we use : Chest protector, head gear, mouth peace and groin protector.
This ensures that you have a "safe" sparing and that there wont be any permanent damage and consequences.
